The actual boundaries of Silicon Valley are nebulous. Roughly, the valley encompasses the southern San Francisco Bay Area including the cities of Palo Alto, Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale, Cupertino, Santa Clara, Saratoga, San Jose and Milpitas.
