The garage is a beautiful, finished room that is flexible for so many uses. (Zoom in the small room / Zoomba in the big one?)
In January of 2022, Senate Bill SB9 was passed. It deals with urban lot splits. While Mountain View is currently deciding the small details of the law, the basics are that one could split a lot into two lots and two dwellings would be allowed on that lot.
