Sunnyvale’s main downtown area surrounds Murphy Avenue, where shops and restaurants line the street. Around Murphy Avenue are other restaurants and cafes servicing the newer townhome complexes and the main tech company now housed there, Nokia. CalTrain services the downtown Sunnyvale area making it an easy commute for public transportation.
Population - Sunnyvale is one of the major cities compromising Silicon Valley. As per the 2018 census, Sunnyvale had 153,185 residents. 63.7% have a bachelor’s degree or higher. Fifty percent of its population is between 24 and 55 years-old.
It’s called Sunnyvale for a reason. Sunnyvale’s weather is enjoyable year-round with average high temperatures from 58 (14.4 C) to 77 (25 C) degrees fahrenheit and average low temperatures from 44 (6.7 C) to 59 (15 C) degrees fahrenheit.

Sunnyvale has twenty-three beautiful parks throughout the city. They are gorgeous outdoor areas and some have sporting facilities and cooking facilities that are reservable.
